My background.

I’m a seasoned data and transformation leader, executive coach and strategic advisor. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve led high-impact data initiatives across global enterprises, delivering measurable business results while building resilient, high-performing teams.

Today, I work alongside leaders to help them realise the full potential of their data, their leadership, and their teams. My approach combines deep technical expertise with leadership development to deliver transformations that truly stick.
